Privacy & enquiries

When you make an offer, we collect your name, email address, the domain, offer amount and any message you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss a possible domain purchase.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries are saved in the private site administration area. An email notification is sent to the portfolio owner through the configured email provider. We do not publish your enquiry, sell your contact details or add you to a marketing list.

Keeping and removing information

Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after submission, then removed when the site next processes an enquiry or the owner opens the enquiry list. Any records needed for a completed transaction must be handled separately under the applicable requirements.

Cookies and external services

Visitors do not need an account. If optional Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It measures page visits, approximate location, device information and traffic sources. Advertising features are disabled. Your enquiry fields are not sent to Analytics. Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days; use “Analytics preferences” to change it. Rejecting analytics does not affect browsing or making an enquiry. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms. Before analytics is enabled for the public site, the operator must configure the Google property’s retention and privacy settings. The administration area uses a necessary login cookie. Hosting services may keep technical access logs; abuse protection uses limited, hashed network identifiers. Some listing images load from external marketplaces, which receive a network request when the image is viewed.

Atom, BrandBucket and transaction providers are independent services with their own privacy notices and purchase terms.
